It looks like Baldwin may not be back with Baskonia. Perhaps he wants to stay in the US with his child. G-League not going to pay as much though. Would think they may go after Vildoza who was released by the Knicks.

Not long... what I am interested in is if he still has his eyebrows left. The last time I saw him on the street it was kind of weird since I was staring real hard trying to figure it out.

coach will not fix main problem that 2021 season zalgiris roster players atleast 80% of them is bad or very bad individual defenders.

Schiller and Zalgiris Gm failed big time in summer collecting this not athletic,slow and too white team for euroleague level.

When zalgiris lost Grigonis,Walkup,Hayes and Jokubaitis in one summer its gonna be felt alot this season.

Zalgiris 2021/2022 objectively is 15-18 euroleague tallent team.
 
Fener is the best example that coach role isn't that much important when season start. After disaster kokoskov made with transfers we could bring Elon Musk level coach, result wiould be the same.

From shit players you will get shit result.

Ataman was last on the table with the junk team, and next 3 seasons the best or 2nd best with new roster. Kokoskov is one of the most overated(and maybe the worst) roster manager in the world, but to be honest he is good coach and one of the best regarding tactics. But what any coach can do with clowns and junk in the team
 
Wow. I think it's way too soon. Zdovc...did he ever coached well? IMO, Zalgiris GM Motiejunas is vastly overrated. He's a hardworking owner and so on, but he has no clue how to construct the team. Saras just bumped into Zalgiris by a chance and changed the culture, now it's going down with force. Motiejunas says Schiller constructed the team, but he himself was watching players in SM aswell, he decided that Jankunas still needed, I do believe Kalnietis signing also has a lot to do with Motiejunas, or the fact that Milaknis is still in the team which is complete nonsense for 2 years now. Zalgiris is a mess and and it became so ever since Motiejunas got an opportunity to take matters into his hands. Last season the core was still the creation of Saras.

I don’t understand from where you have gotten impression that Aco is elite coach?
 
Disastrous decision of management of Zalgiris. It`s obviously results has not crucial importance in this decision what is disaster by itself. Zalgiris has backed in wandering period before of Jasikevicius.
