There is also the coaching staff, tax (45%) and operational expenses ( ie rentals, trips, hotels, other personnel etc etc )

according to ahmet ercanlar (fener reporter) valencia asked for 1m buyout from real madrid.

Varlas has also confirmed a deal in principle for De Colo. If true, it's a statement transfer, great job by Gherardini.
