Why is it so hard to accept any criticism against a player who played for Fener? He was by far the best player of Serbia the whole Eurobasket, then again as in defeat where he is not going to be blamed for it, it is the same with victory and success. He didn't do it alone, and others have helped. The fact that in general he doesn't play well in the clutch minutes of 4th quarter in the biggest games is something that has been around. Does that mean, he is a bad player? No, he is a great player but just there should be someone else who takes care of that. It's not always the best player that should take the final shots etc.

The fact that Dragic and Doncic was not even on the court in the clutch minutes of 4th Q in the final but still he is the one a not closer guy.

majority of the serbians here are Zvezda fans. Bogdanović was a Partizan player.
they will always find nice words for Gudurić for instance and whenever it will be possible they will bash Bogdan.

Regarding his defense, please don't start with that. Dragic killed him and one legged Jovic, actually once Micic took over that was the best defense on him. Shved also destroyed him twice. Bertans Sr. killed him in the first game. He was given sooo much responsibility offensively (this is why I say the coach is to blame before all), that he couldn't keep up defensively. Whoever played vs Bogdan this Eurobasket he had a field day, since he had to play 35 minutes every game (ever irrelevant ones) and about half of those minutes he was the PG, carrying the ball over halfcourt with ball pressure. He is not a bad defender, but neither great. In this tournament he couldn't defend since he was practically dead.

Actually others did not help enough. Only player with real heart In Serbia was Bogdanovic in whole championship. Without Bogdanovic you could not have reached semi finals.

Don't be hysteric. The game was decided in last 2-3 minutes. Sure, I agree. Guduric made a stupid foul, but he had to play. We had Lazic injured and you could see Jovic was barely running in first half due to injury so he was useless.

I am Zvezda fan and i really like Bogdan. He is hero for me.

I have no bad words for any player or coach. My prediction was 1/8 with this team. This was really hard job for Djordjevic, everything started with Jokic and Bjelica, then Raduljica, Nedovic, Kalinic, Teo, Simonovic..... Lazic, Jovic. After all we had chance for gold, but i can't complaining. Next euro gold is for us.

Have in mind next EB will take place in 2021, Teo 34yo, Bjelica 33yo. Jokic so far hasn't proved to be a true patriot of the team. Serbia is a great team with a great BB school (I think there are only few teams at their level BB school wise, it's Spain and Lithuania), but you ain't Spain of 2001-2015 as of yet. Heavy contender, but you need to grab few titles to begin with.

Bogdan should've pass the ball after he got double teamed at 2-3 minutes to go. He didn't got double teamed once in that short period of time but on two or three possesions. Every possesion ended the same, him shooting for three over 2 Slovenian guys. And in such a physical game as this one was, 2 guards are not enough so Guduric had to play (because we had two other guards injured on our bench).
