Straight Forward's favorit player Lapro had 4/15 fg, in big game, Congrats dude for your knowledge:)

I am sorry that "irrelevant" Kuric had just 4/9, with better coach he should be over 50%
 
Hard to win when Sanli can't box out Hezonja in the paint or Mirotić missing all wide open threes. It happened too many times for Barca and Saras' responibility is for not recognizing this. Something is always missing.

Tavares at this level of basketball is good enough to dominate.

When it was -6 in the end, Lapro was wide open, but instead of making a 3pt attempt he did a horrible thing which i can't even describe.

Yes, Lapro choked, but when and where Kuric was better than he was with Saras in 2021/2022 season? He always was a role player.

This. Some bad Barca players + Mirotic a big time choking + the most valuable player in Europe (Tavares). That's IMO the main things.

I already told you once and will say it again - check some facts before making a claim. It would take me quite a bit to make a list of his big games in both club and NT.

It's not just up to Mirotić, Barca is lacking something as a team. They just don't have a good fit.
 
May it be finally end of Saras-SanLi era?

I think Barcelona has to unleash Jokubaitis next season. Tonight he was close to steal the show, but couldn't earn clutch minutes with 2 missed shots in the second half, but he's very close to become the sharpest and most dominant offensive guard of Barcelona. You look at Sato's numbers and 3 assists 7 points is just not enough. Jokubaitis provided that in 12 minutes, not 30 like Sato. He couldn't lead Barca as the floor general. Jokubaitis has star's upside in EL, I think Barca should make that shift, off course that depends on whenever Jokubaitis can make yet another step forward. Teodosic was unleashed in the same timing for OLY, Barca should do it I think. I think building around Jokubaitis should be one of Barca's priorities in upcoming 3-4 seasons. And they should solve Mirotic issue. He's a role player, not a leader. Had to stay in NBA and have a perfect career. He failed miserably trying to be a leader.
 
Real won the favorite at both playoffs and semifinal. Good for them that Olympiakos is considered to be the favorite of the final. :cool:

Congrats to Jaskevicius who committed the perfect suicide choosing to play such an important game betting at the casino, he ordered to shoot 3pts all the time, realizing maccabeo's dream and of course losing the game.

He should be fired immediately.
 
Tavares - Fall battle is the main matchup of Euroleague's final...which era of basketball is this?

We have Jokić vs Davis matching up in NBA and we get to see Tavares vs Fall in Eurolegue's final. Yeah, NBA is still NBA no matter what. But credit to those big guys, going to be interesting to watch them.
 
It is funny that everybody in last years talks about importance of 3p shots, but in playoffs and F4 foul shots make the difference...

Of course, I am watching basket for 42 years but I have never seen any team winning because of crazy 3pt shot. Never.

Numbers, Barcelona 5/25 3pts. Overall? No, only in the second half. They shot more than one 3pt/minute, 1,25 to be precise.

Well today's results threw up what is surely the most unpalatable final? :(

Feels like this Final Four has already been a massive disappointment.

I do think they should regulate the ticket sales better so that you have as close to an even spread of fans from the different teams as possible. Olympiacos basically had a home game, but the atmosphere in the El Clasico semi at times felt like a pre-season game, no doubt because most of the tickets had gone to Olympiacos fans.
