Let's see how Pleiss plays out for us. I don't know how many potential players Pao had targeted but at least he seems like a chill dude that will just play however many minutes without complaining. We desperately needed *any* big for the game with Asvel.
If he shoots anywhere near he used to he'll help a ton with Pao's spacing and give much freedom to the guards after the PnR. After Omer and Gabriel return, I don't see him playing more than 5-7 mins.

I like Pleiss to Pao. He will give 10 to 15 minutes. Finally pick and pop threat from the C position and that will allow Nunn, Sloukas, Grant and hopefully Lorenzo to storm the paint. I don't understand Saben Lee to Oly at all. Ok, they have injured players but Saben Lee for me is not the type of the guy you want to give to Bartzokas. His defense is horrible, he plays 1 vs 5, he needs big amount of shots and minutes...Idk, very weird, but we shall see.
Game against Asvel (8-4 at home this season) will be very tough but we need to win for the top 4 chances because 6-2 in the last 8 games is 100% enough for top 4 and maybe 5-3 will be enough and we still have 4 games in OAKA and Maccabi away.

If they try to utilize him as a Walkup replacement, he will fail terribly. Imo he gives to Oly something that they lacked: someone that attacks the basket and is decent on 1v1. Now, as you said, maybe his decision making isn't the best but I think this will come down to how he'll fit with the rest of the team.

Both signings are great. Pleiss is high iq player with long hands, he was big part of Efes success, which is a little bit underated. I remember posts from smart guy here from Turkey about him as slow and big hole under basket, but I always beleived in him. He is older now but pao couldn't sign better player. even when Lessort comes back he will use his role, 6 or 20 minutes he doesn't care at all..
On the other side Saben is 1on 1 guy, but he can pass too, he isn't wild player at all, Oly could use him in many ways. Defense is maybe a problem but in Oly system he must play it like or not

Such amount of damage one player like Walker could make to good team is amasing. I new that from the start because we had similar pest willbeckwn. Walker wasn't team player, wild with low percentage shooter), wrong decisions maker all the time, and in the some time you have Francisco killer boy. Pity for Zalgiris realy

No matter how good or bad Zalgiris season is, it's just another easy win against the z orcs hoes. On the other hand, they are a FIBA cup-level club and disgrace of Serbia known as red star of shit. There is only one good team from Serbia - Partizan

I was so busy tonight that I couldn't watch anything...what the hell happened?! Every result helped Panathinaikos. Literally every single of them. Fener trashed by Maccabi? Zvezda lost?! It's great also Barca lost because they have h2h advantage over Pao and if we win tomorrow ee have 3 wins more and it's game over for them. Also I like Paris won because they still need to come in OAKA with +4 from Paris. And my favourites, Milano and Messina hahaha... great night!
