I remember watching Moses Wright in Zhejiang. He was so bad. He couldn't make any advantage over Chinese players. Nick Rakocevic was playing before him
When Gulley was healthy Wright was playing 4 minutes per game. I have no idea what happened to him to turn into this beast in most of the games. Probably Turkish-Greek food....
Edgar, do you remember Darko Cohadarevic- Serbian big who played for AEK in 2010-11? How would he match up against Rakocevic?

Have you seen Satoransky trying to inbound the ball for a whopping 6 secs in front of the referee, before executing the pass? For me that was the significant error,the call for the last foul by Petrusev was OK.

Oh, I remember him barely. I remember Grundy. He was so smooth with the ball. I doubt he would be worse than Rakocevic. I was shocked what that guy is doing in the China, same as Wright but his 1st season was when CBL changed rules about foreigners and then a lot of teams signed "unknown" players to be 3rd option to play couple of minutes per game mostly in the garbage time. I mean, to be honest, Rakocevic has great body. He is kinda fast for his height and is great athlete. He can dunk over anyone. BUT....he might be the dumbest player ever. He has absolutely no other weapon than flying and dunking in the p&r. He would struggle to post up Kevin Hart who is like 1.45m tall. And he has the worst touch around the rim ever. When he tries to make tip in or putback that ball goes above the roof in the arena. And still that guy was playing before Wright who is great now so who knows...if he comes in the EL he would probably be new Mike Batiste the way Wright plays now

Yeah I wasn't sure if that AEK team would have had enough to grab your interest back then. You'd have been more of a Kavala or Panionios student in that era.

Oh definitely Panionios. I actually lived back then very close to their gym. Literally 5 minutes away so I was more there than in OAKA
But Panionios over those years had some very interesting players like Diebler, Alex Stephenson, Kavvadas
and Pappas... also Vlado Jankovic so how could I not be interested in those basketball magicians

I remember Kavvadas, Pappas and Jankovic were all rising stars at the time. Diebler later played for Darussafaka but not during their glorious 2015-16 season that we remember so fondly.

Is he really done deal for Oly? Why on earth would he go there. He will play about 20 mins. Walkup is useless in the offense without the ball so I can see Evans actually playing from the bench. If Canaan leaves, Dorsey will come probably. Goss should stay...I have no idea why would he choose Oly. I doubt they offered him so huge money that Fener or some other team couldn't match.

Damn, I have red stories but I thought it's a bait or some trash...I don't know. For me that's really stupid move for him. I don't remember one foreigner guy in Oly that needs ball and minutes and that was good since....Teodosic??? And especially in Bartzokas system where 10 players play 15-25 mins everyone. The only guy similar to Evans that played good with Bartzokas is Delaney but Kuban had like 7, 8 good players and had like 3 guards for 2 positions with him being the best by far. Oly has at least 5! Stupid move but we will see.
