This should be the best day of the tournament so far. There are 4 games worth watching. Iran vs. Lebanon, Korea vs. Chinese Taipei, Japan vs. Philippines, and Jordan vs. China. The 8 eventual quarterfinalists in action today facing off against one another.
I like Iran, China, and Korea each to win handily by 10 -15 points. I think the Japan/Philippines game will be the game of the day and should come right down to the wire. The additions of Lutz and Lassiter to the Philippines proved crucial as they both played key roles in the win over Jordan. I think they will have the same affect today as the Philippines ekes out a narrow victory over Japan.
