No worries.... i didn't expect very good start of the tournament from our team and I was right. Anyways the ball moves quite good and if it wasn't for lot of mistakes in 3rd quarter we would won 20+.

Poland doen't have Deng to play 40 min and to make 60% of all shots so I think +15 for Lithuania without any big trouble. Expect to see Jonas for 15 min or so...

i'd say it will be a single digit win for lithuania. Poland showed they are fairly strong team yesterday vs spain. But Lithuania is still big favourite.

+25 for Lithuania. Reasons - 1. second match of the tournament - mentally easier; 2. No such great one-on-one mismatches as in previous game vs. Deng; 3. Seek of revenge for 2009 Poland loss; 4. Must be a great game for Valanciunas - Polish centers lack speed in legs

I also expect a big margin win for Lietuva. Yesterday Spain shot terrible from the perimeter, thus could never get away, but given the chance Lithuanians will go crazy on threes today.

I'm still sympathetic to Poland, though.

Valanciunas could have a good game against them but I dont think Kemzura will let him. He is very hesitant to play youth. I dont think he will get more than 10 minutes.

I didn't expect surprises , they will pound on some of players of Poland that's all :D .

To spice it up: if we would be looking at history, last time we beat the poles in the official game was 14 years ago (1997.10.11). We have lost two last official games.

tell me about poland - lithuania relations? i heard they are not so good? :D

it's hard to have lots of official games and to improve that statistics with the team that rarely competes on highest level :)

It's the same as to say that last time we won against Switzerland in 1996 and haven't won from then :)))

Lituania is the best team in europe, if I would not say in the world.
All the way Lituania...
I expect to see Lituania-Serbia in the final.

Lithuania is just mediocre team, but Poland is simply awful.
LTU to win by around 10.

Let us not determine the level of mediocracy on the performances of opening game - d'you really think such teams like SPAIN, CROATIA, SLOVENIA, LITHUANIA, RUSSIA and FRANCE are not medal contenders anymore? Just because they won by a slight margin and did not perform so well as expected. Who's not mediocre then - Turkey? Georgia? Germany?.. Greece (know u luv them, don't you?) :p
Even the ones who lost yesterday - Italy, Poland, Latvia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Finland, Ukraine - still have not lost anything at all so calling Poland completely awful is also too dumb.

I've tried to reason with him but there's no point realy.

Threre's no chance him to respect Lithuanian basketball. It's the same thing as for me with my attidute towards japanese food. Don't like it... can't explain why:D
