Can somebody please give me scouting report on this player. Also his basketball IQ and off court behaviour.

-He is 26 years old, and 2,04 tall.
-He is very athletic despite playing as a center.
-He is an AMAZING shot blocker and a good overall defender.
-Not much of a scorer, that depends mostly on his quickness and jump near the basket.
-Had a doping suspension last year during LNB playoffs.
-Recently left his team Gimnasia during Argentinean and South American playoffs, less than a week after being signed.

He always gets into foul trouble early in the game

He is strong but doesn't know how to use it. Low basketball IQ. Too foul prone, but will surprise you with some good plays on offence from time to time. Very inconsistent though.

he is a great player of basket ball now he is 28 year old and he has captained 5 times in his team.
