Jenkins is back, he is perfect fit for Radonjic system... There is strong rumors today that Milutinov is close.

Jovic, ???
Jenkins, Guduric, Lazic
Simonovic, Dangubic
??? , Mitrovic, Simanic
???, Milutinov

With good foreigners we can be dark horse again. :)
 
Jenkins will be second PG, and sometimes even SG in same time with Jovic in.

If we sign Milutinov we need a banger C to rebound and more or less we are set. We could use another shooter or so, but that can be solved.
 
I would like to see Seibutis at SG position but if not then Jenkins is good also
 
Kuzmic signed with Zvezda 3 years deal.I really don't understand our latest roster moves:(
 
What you expect for back up C? This is logical move after fail with Milutinov...

And we have Radonjic, every C will be better after working with him...
 
Kuzmic isnt that bad center for CZ, we just gotta give him some love and work and he will be ok
 
I really hope that he is projected as a back up center and we have a plan for a really quality first center
 
I like Kuzmic signing, that is a great add for Zvezda on a 3-year deal. He will stabilize the paint defensively something that was an issue with Zirbes this year. He needs to watch for the foul trouble though. He will be already an upgrade on the boards compared to Zirbes. Of course offensively the results are not going to be there, but he can be developed and improved. He has a lot of strength and that will be an asset vs tougher teams.

Now it would be great to sign a center which has a more diverse offensive skillset (better passer, has midrange game and runs transition better). I like the adds of Jenkins and Kuzmic. I think they will help the team, which is most important.

kuzmic is good for backup center in red star,and i would like to have him as a 3rd for panathinaikos and not like last year,he was playing the same or more minutes with radjulica because miro was always tired,or with foul trouble,or in "no defence" mood. kuzmic is a player of 5.5,that he will always play for that. radjulica on the other hand is a player of 7 that will play half games for 10 and other half for 4
 
We signed Bjelica for 2 years. I don't know what to think, he is not what we need at all.

We need two good foreigners now, one scorer like Pullen or Cook and one C.
 
I don't like the fact that we will lack elite athleticism at PF/C positions. The second C has to be a phenomenal athlete that will clean the boards and be a aggressive to the rim. This is key.
 
Do we plan to sleep over this transfer season? PG, PF and C, not so much to choose from, especially on PF and C position
 
there is no money, that's the biggest problem..

in two times, we rejected Pullen..
they are waiting for Quin Cook/Cotton, and if they reject, then they will most probably sign Pullen(if he still would be FA)
for me Pullen is better then those two, but from some reason Radonjic doesn't like Pullen..

also Jovic still isn't sure for staying, Barsa and Efes are showing interest in him..

about tall guys, Corey Jefferson was close, but nothing from him.. by the way I also doesnt like him..

Why you don't like Cory Jefferson? He is very athletic, which we desperately need under the basket. He would be great in PnR and he has a good midrange jumper. He is an average defender, but that is NBA relation. In Europe he will get a defensive boost from level of competition and athleticism and rules.
 
September is coming and we are far from final roster.Do we wait for the season to start to hire some players?What the f..k?:mad:

Have you opened the season training wise? We still didn't except youngsters.

We started about a week ago. The whole first team except Jenkins and Jovic, Simonovic and Stimac (if he is with the club still) are not with the team since they are returning from Rio and getting their rest time. Mitrovic came back from NBA Summer League and he says he is in the best shape of his life and ready to tear it up. Kuzmic is there, training with the team.

Youngsters are joining the senior team practice. We will see who will make the roster of the senior team from them.
