He's already better shooter than Jason Kidd.Well, he shot about 37% FG last EL, which is if you agree not good, in absolutely the best EL team. He had a lot of space and clear shots which probably will not be the case if he goes to NBA.
He will improve, that is for sure, but I highly doubt that his shooting will be better, and with good defense, very good assisting and very bad shooting he will be good, but never great or a legend. He will always need a winning team to show how good he is, but he himself will never be a leader of a team on court, and that will not change not in a 1,3 or 5 years. I agree that for PG "assist first" is very important, but when you have a very very bad shot like Rubio, you simply cann't become a legend.
