Now.. I wasn't going to post/make this gallery. But got asked so many times, that it was easier to make one :)
So, by popular demand.. gallery of Cheerleader images from Turkey.
There's couple that I personally find 'nice' (the first one, then number 10 and the last two images).
Lets see what you think..

Might be because I took most of these in Istanbul group stages (so same group performing) and sitting in the same spot.. the same girls were almost always facing me. Also, by the time of knock-out games.. I think I had enough pics of the cheerleaders.. sorry to disappoint you by posting same face too many times...

That's a nice collection of photos there. What disappointment are you talking about :p?

Woooah that's hot cheerleaders. Well, their goal is to make the court more hotter! :))

Anyway, cheerleaders are one of the good way to release the tension of the viewers and players :D

I'm still craving for more hot and sexy cheerleaders. Lol. :D

Here are my personal pics that I took of the FIBA cheerleading squad when I was in Turkey ;) (they are from Russia and are the cheerleaders of Khimki if i'm not mistaken)

(First few pics were taken outside the stadium were they were posing for the media. Thank God I was there early before the game to see them up close and personal :D):

(P.S: By the way I took much more videos of the cheerleaders than I did photos but it will take way too much time for me to upload them here)

I know - next time I ask for a 'donation' here in the Forum and photograph ONLY the cheerleaders for two weeks :D
i think you are onto something here
Now let me help you a bit farther -just remove last three words from your sentence and you are sorted for life
out of interest - what sort of equipment did you use?Camera/lense wise?

You should have hugged them man... now they look like statues :D
well it is like having photograph with sabonis doesn't make you basketball player, same goes to the photo with cheerleaders - you aint the one f ing
them either,no need to crowd the view

I wanted to bro but they refused :p
I think my bright wig scared them or something :D

(Actually no one was allowed to get really close to them from what I saw. The closest was the guy sitting on the bench behind me in the pic).

I also think that they were doing this cuz there were lots of people waiting to take pics with them and if they allowed one person to hug them u can imagine the frenzy that this would have caused.

There was one mean looking security guy standing next to them as well and I wasn't too hyped up about getting a black eye :D

There must be some rich people here if they could afford to donate me yearly wages to travel the world and photograph cheerleaders ;)
Not that I would need that much money for doing this...

As for the equipment - camera is Canon 1D MKIV, lenses 24-70 f.28, 70-200 f2.8, 135mm f2, 17-40mm.
(I do also use a HD camcorder in other games to record them - but FIBA rules prevented that in Turkey).
