How did Kai do defensively? I read about the 4 blocks, but overall, how was he on that end?

He was actually pretty good in this game. The opposing bigs seemed uncomfortable attacking him, and he's definitely improving. However, he still doesn’t fight for offensive rebounds; instead, he just watches the ball to see if it goes in when his teammates take a shot, but I guess fighting for offensive rebounds could take a toll on his stamina. Scoring isn’t really an issue for him.

I wonder why he couldn’t be “unleashed” under Chot.

Then again, no one aside from Clarkson was gonna work out under Chot.

Chot works best with great shot creators ala Jimmy, Castro, Terrence, and JC. Even JB.

BRP jr. mentioned that pogoy was chosen over him.. it was mentioned in gabe norwood’s podcast..

Gilas could have scored more last year with Parks and Oftana as receivers of Clarkson's passes.

Any reason why the number of BLeague players are decreasing? Or are they just not that interested?

You mean Filipino players?

Well, there are still nine of them (3 in division 2). However, other teams opted to sign players from China, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. Not to mention, the league now opens its doors to the West Asians.

Yeah, Tamayo, Thirdy, Greg and RJ all left. Heading has been gone for 2 years and for some reason only Geo Chiu is the new asian import and Spencer if you want to count B3. Where is Abando anyway? I wonder what is happening there. At least Heading has PBA rumors.

I thought James Spencer's team plays in B2. I feel like B3 League is an MPBL tier league. He has a chance to dominate there anyway.

Dwight Ramos again didn't play in yesterday's game of his B-league team. I wonder what is his injury? Hope its not serious. Hope he will play soon.

Probably rehab?

Don’t wanna jinx Kai but he’s having a really good run. 18/18/3/3 today.

I think it is the physical strength and Stamina that significantly improve by Kai right now as a 22 yrs old compared to when he was a teenager.

He is more assertive too

Ofc, there are a lot of things to improve on still. But he is doing well.
