The sheer irony of it all was the georgians arrogantly accusing the latvians of tanking their pinoy game. Instead, they got a philippine team that could have easily beaten them, but were not interested in doing so. Bwahaha ...

The brazilians definitely do not have a size advantage over pinoys. They are not slavs who have too many bigs. A physical pba-like style is something i am seeing in the next game...

Even the likes of luka will get rattled if you need handicap to get to the next round.. they lead by 8(-2)

Thing is, right now, AJ and Japeth are the only guys that can make it work for us. We need Kai to improve or to get Ange and Mike Phillips exempted.

Trash talk and lewd gestures to the opponents wives, sometimes I miss abueva donning the gilas jersey, he could start a war with his antics

Tamayo was good today. He made up somewhat for Kai's absence on offense and was decent on defense. The kid is a bit hot headed though. Not sure what got him riled up, replays show there was no egregious contact. Still believe we need some additions. Japeth is going to retire again soon and Edu's knee will always be risky.

Tamayo got his bunot moment, amos and kq are next.. oftana is good but his slow is slow for this level
 
Is Gilas now on that level of european teams playing without their nba superstars?
 
Hepa might be a crucial catch for us if SBP gets him, especially if he really has a Phil passport before 16. And I am just so confused why SBP is not working on Ange's exemption. He is a game changer for us. Hoping Femi Edu gets another growth spurt.
