I just stick with the current plan. Most of the development isnt the job of Gilas either way but rather the mother teams.
It's really more on the individual player than mother teams, I agree some players are just there out of obligation because someone forced them to join, for clout or to earn instead of actually being into basketball as a sport.
Developing a player that knows when to take shots, how to protect their dribbles, when to pass and knowing their game is possible under gilas, that's the only thing the Philippines really have besides pba, mpbl with the mayor and the showbiz all star games with vice ganda and his boyfriends
