2023 SEA Games (Cambodia)

IMO this is actually good prep for the WC since these are the kind of players that they’ll be up against

More like without good plays JB is useless. I thought Chot would make good on his mistakes, I was a fool for expecting an old goat to change.

Same old same old. I'm not expecting anything good from the WC since Chot is still the coach.

Cambodia got in rhythm from 3, currently 6-11. Now it's easier for them to shoot, even with hands in their faces. Madaling maka-shoot kapag lamang, that's another factor.

Come on, learn from the Indonesia game last year.

what happened to cj perez? he was pretty good in 2019. did he start declining once he got traded to smb?

JB is supposed to be a playmaker but they are struggling against the length of the other team not to mention he’s already old and slower

How many times we've seen this chot's eye sore type of offense??? i still can't believe he is coaching our team again unli chances lol.

We can win this hoping this 5 man camboadian team gets tired in 2nd half.

I'm tuning off. No way we come back. Choke teams aren't very "puso" without veteran shooters which this team has none. JB is also very much a go with the flow import, not somebody who forcefully takes over. If nobody can divert attention from him, he won't function as well in his role. Makes one think how much those TNT teams of yesterdecade were Jimmy's and Jayson's.

No Amos too who we need more that Oftana is injured and probably out of the tournament. Rosser is losing his mind, Philips can't impose his athletic will, and Cambodia isn't respecting our range as a team. Iba ka talaga Choke.

Typical Chot Reyes coached team. Looks formidable against a weak team but mediocre against a good team.

Can't blame Choke. He came in to outdo himself and it seems he will be successful God willing. Maybe next SEAG we will lose to Laos or Timor Leste. LOL

This game is a preview of the upcoming WC games. Get ready to lose by 30. Hahaha

Also sorry to any Cambodians here but your linoleum floor is so stupid and irresponsible. Why FIBA hasn't canceled this event is beyond me. It's below standards even for barangay basketball.

maybe his FIBA 2019 stint was just a case of good stats, bad team, in theory those points are just empty stats since we were trashed by 50 pts

too generous, was expecting another 50 point blowout if things dont change, god i hope im wrong

Amos a liability in the PNR defense. Cambodia generated 5 points off him in the last 2 minutes in the 1st half

Brownlee having a bad game.

Lastimosa is showing his inexperience and nerves.

Lack of preparation, bad offensive plays, minimal defensive effort, sorry misses and opponent's knocking down 3 after 3 after 3 bonus pa yung hostile crowd. Should just give this to the cambodians, JB's gassed as well.

To be fair, it would be inaccurate to place the entirety of the blame solely on Chot's shoulders. The current state of basketball in our country is the result of decades of flawed and corrupt basketball politics.
