yeah those turnovers, miss 3 pointers.. lots of them

yeah that caleb martin guy.. one of the undrafted players miami has that contributed big for miami..

could've been a good candidate for naturalization but will not be available most of the time so it will be hard to develop chemistry with the national team

Offer Coach Spo a Gilas coaching job ASAP!!!

2 unpopular NBA team battling each other for that golden Larry O’Brien trophy, I’ve always saying this that the Miami is a dangerous team during the tailend. Personally I ain’t surprise with that work rate because coach Spo and his staff really enculcate to those unknown undies their respective role on the team spearheaded by idol Jimmy and Bambam. Kudos to the Assistants who started literally their NBA roots for the team lead by 2006 Chris Quinn, 2001 Malik Allen both undrafted(?) and 2002 10[SUP]th[/SUP] pick Caron Butler an NBA journeyman known for being a first class utility guy, played for Heat, Lakers, Wizards, Mavericks, Clippers, Bucks, Thunder, Pistons and Kings for a career that span for 16 years.

As I’ve notice the coaching staff except maybe to coach Caron are literally are a nobody in the history of American basketball during their heydays hence it’s also no surprising that the current roster had this defensive culture a blue collar job type of game plan to prove to the league that most of the time you don’t need high profile guys to be competitive.
Being fresh as a daisy, expect the Miles High to run the exhausted(?) Heat to the ground, I’m very much curious on how Mike Malone and his boys handles the pressure and atmosphere of a championship series. Nikolai Jokic is a walking mismatch on this series and I’m beginning to be a fan of Jamal Murray.

But the bottomline here is that Coach Spo and his coaching staff are cut above the rest.

I think it’ll be hard because probably he’s going to be next in line for team USA

For the Heat through three quarters of NBA Finals Game 1, Caleb Martin, Max Strus and Duncan Robinson are shooting 2 for 22.

Denver 84, 71 Miami

Heat looks gassed, must be the altitude? Though Denver played good D in fairness, plus Miami's wings are just too small to guard Gordon and MPJ.

altitude plus Denver had a decent rest. Heat had to play 7 games to get to the finals.

Good adjustments in this game by spo.. also in game adjustments as well.. it throw off the guys rhythm by making jokic do all the scoring in 3rd..

Sir SK, I called it a character win for the Heat today, it shows how deep the talent level of the Nuggets led by Jokic and Murray but as I said before coach Spo and his staff are much better on this championship series with that zone defense the Nugs really was caught flat-footed and Coach Malone was not prepared on it when the Heat are beginning to push the pedal.

Certainly momentum shift to Miami starting Game 3.

Shades of 2004 finals.

Let Shaq score while everyone is shut down.

The Miles High really imposes its length and heft in the inside..

That Defensive Rebounding Dept. is really something, with the Nugs yanking 45 compared to the Heats measly 23 therefore it resulted to an outstanding Points in the Paint of 64 compared to the sadly 23 for the Heat. Those figures resulted to a better Field Goal % of 51.3 compared to the 37 % of the Home team.
Some experts say that the ball contribution are also one of the major factor with 28 Assist for the Nugs and 20 for the Heat, well I agree with it but the real factor is really that Rebounding Department which is really a big investment for that Game 3 Win.

It is really showcasing tall ball trumping near obsolete small ball. Skilled and imposing bigs are really the difference makers in the current season. Even Bam as a small ball center plays bigger than size by trying to score near the basket most of the time. Keys for defender to win the series is really to limit outside shots and just pounce the ball inside. Teams will hoard bigs next season.

Should the Denver nuggets trade MPJ Jr in the off season??

To give more playing time to Christian Braun in his sophomore season. MPJ only scored 2 points in game 3 while Braun exploded for 15 points.
