Amazing dunk performance by Dwight Howard during NBA Slamdunk contest!!! I've question about Dwight's dunk when he wores superman, he can't reach the rim of this alleyoop pass by Jameer Nelson who is at the back of the board. The real should is retrying of his dunk because he didn't touch the rim. The real I saw he shot over the top of the basket. But for me, is still deserving won dunk contest.

I have noticed this too. This was so effective performance, with Superman suit etc so everybody just ignored this little "mistake".

Yeah, his fingers didn't even touch the rim. It's true. I guess everybody was so excited about his costume. Frankly, the costume wasn't even that creative.

I thought the fellow who blew out the birthday candle was pretty cool. That was a good gimmick. Maybe I'll try to do that in my next game.

Strange thing is when looking at the definition of dunking it says to have one's hands above the cylinder and throw the ball inside. Since there is no mention of touching the rim I guess it's a dunk Just not what we're used to. Very nice d comp this year, hope they are more like this.
