In fact I see Gilas benefiting from that 1 extra game as it could further improve the team's chemistry & assimilation with the triangle offense, especially among the 5 late replacements - Ross, Lassiter, Tolentino, Perez, Alas.
Key players like Brownlee, Junmar, Kouame, Perez should just be given limited playing in that extra 1 game - qualification to the quarterfinals game.
