Players halftime stats via Reuben Terrado: Brownlee 10 pts 5 rebs 4/12 fg. Junmar 10 pts., 3 asts, Perez 8 pts, Arvin Tolentino 6 pts.

Women's Football: We're currently up 1-0 against Hong Kong after a 9th minute penalty.

We're also trying out a new formation. Under Stajcic, we're in a 4-4-2. Now, looks like we're in a 4-2-3-1. More attacking-minded too.

2 late goals from Quezada and Katrina Guillou to seal a 3-1 win

So who are in the final roster?

Everyone who has been practicing with Gilas the last 3 days after Romeo, Abueva, Tautuaa & Perkins were replaced. I mean 12 nalang yung mga Gilas players right now so cla na yung sa final roster.

Oftana got enough burn in this tune up game & he played well. Oftana is one player I've been longer for to see having a breakout game in Asian basketball. The guy has what it takes to do it. He has the skills & athleticism.

Junmar Fajardo was once again solid as rock in this tuneup game. He is really a pillar of strength inside the shaded lane & is without a doubt Gilas' main offensive weapon inside the shade lane.

Lassiter didn't see much action.

I wonder why Dante Cunningham only played 15mins.

I think its becoz in the KBL, while each team is allowed 2 world imports, only 1 import can play at a time. The LG Sakers wanted to simulate that in its tune-up game with Gilas.

Oftana and Tolentino better bring their A games. They’d be crucial in this campaign as they’d be asked to play bigger than their size, thanks to our shallow frontcourt. I am really uncomfortable with our possible two big combos and this is where an AJ Edu is sorely missed.

Did Brownlee play the 4? I expect him to in the tourney proper, and it is paramount that he is paired with either Oftana or Tolentino at the 3 to compensate for the lack of length.
