1993 Eurobasket Qualifying - Poland

Recently a gentleman emailed me about the 1993 Eurobasket qualifier held in Wroclaw, Poland and the arena the games were held in. Maybe someone on the forum could help me answer this man's question (What was the name of the arena the games were played in?)
