Erkan is right, Turkey was not missing only Dixon but also Asik and Iliasova, Dixon's absence eas probably the most crucial but if they had even one of the above mentioned players they would have one more weapon. I don't know but maybe Yurtseven should've been called, I know he is pretty young but he is very talented and Turkish nt lacked quality bigs with the absences of Asik and Ilyasova as much as they lacked a good pg.

Based on the same logic I'd add France was unlucky too, they were missing both Batum and Gobert along with some other absencces, all the teams had absences but at least if they had one of them, either Gobert or Batum they would be more powerful for sure.

btw could sbody remind me pls why Abrines is not playing?? Injury I guess??

Only thing I can critize Sarica was choosing Goksenin Koksal over Mehmet Yagmur, he probably thought that Goksenin's defense could be useful, but let's be honest, he couldn't even defend a single important player in the games and he was completely useless when he played.

Perhaps if he could choose Yagmur, instead of Goksenin, we could make difference at offense, that's what we needed, defensively we were perfect, holding Spain at 65-70 limit is the best you can do. But our offense was horrible.

Other than that Sarica did everything right. Also it's not his fault that Sinan played a terrible tournament, Sinan's regular performance should've been higher too.
