Any French folks on this board? Seems strange there are not. My NBA team has Gobert and there are also no French people on that board.

France is playing at its laziest and most careless in this tournament and they are still up by 2. They are letting old and washed-out Janicenoks to score at will. I would be surprised if Latvia is still in it by the end of third quarter. France will take over any moment they decide to tighten up the defense and take care of basketball at the offensive end. The real margin between these teams is enormous.

I understand the logic behind leaving Parker open, but he made the best out of it. Without that and some minor stuff, a really good defense by Latvia in the first half.

France is making a great defence and De Colo starts in 2nd half. This is a very bad news for Latvia

Nothing surprising here.At least Latvia fought as hard as they could during the 1st half.
Félicitation pour nos frères Français. Well France are steadily marching onto the finals and without even playing at their full potential. We may have the Spain of the new decade here, even if its kinda early to make such a huge statement

Only bandwaggons fans in France, you know :p

France wins, we win. France lose, they lost

Good reaction in second half after another bad start. Always same story anyway with France. If its the same against Spain, Spanish can book their ticket for the finale.

Latvia badly need a decent center, if they had, this game would have been another story.

I don't think spain-france will be as electric & emotional as it was during the olympics. No more eurobasket for Gasol and parker, that might be the main story.
Special moment. If we get eliminated, i hope Gasol will receive the standing ovation he deserves if Spain wins it.
