khalid i am not really following the issue cause i am actually fed up with problems. Can you tell us in brief why are they against this federation knowing that they took part of the federation members

To be honest I also am not following up on any details regarding this issue because it sickens me and makes me want to stay away from anything related to Lebanese basketball... In brief it's all about politics and each side wants to impose their wants on the other which is definitely causing lots of problems.

There is a lot of talk about Emmett being considered as a candidate for the Lebanese NT but if you ask me I don't think he would be the best option even though he's an amazing player.. The main reason for me would be that he's not a team player and relies on his individual skills which could and probably would affect the NT in a negative manner.

Andre Emmet is a very good player and will helps a lot as our new naturalized player since the new federation is not calling back Jackson Vroman and as I see he would be a great option if he plays as a team.

no wonder i feel so disgusted of travelling back to Lebanon everytime i wana c my family and friends... even the friends nowadays cannot be reliable at all !!!

Julian's issue regarding his passport got solved and the Lebanese federation was able to get FIBA's approval regarding Julian representing the Lebanese NT
And from I am hearing there is a possibility that there will be a big budget for the Lebanese NT this year so I hope this rumour tends out to be true... As for Ghassan Sarkis remaining as the head coach of the NT let's see what new developments will take place...

Regarding Julian, man this guy is a humble person coming from a civilized country, his brains cannot afford tolerating such stupidity and complexity from our basketball mafia ppl and politicians for the sake of their personal benefits, and im sure he doesnt give a $#$%#@ ... he will soon reach the ultimum and decides to quit the lebanese league and maybe will not join our NT...
Even if they got the approval from FIBA that he could play with our NT, do you really think Ghassan Sarkis with his illogic methods, will let him play and prove himself (although JK doesnt need to do so...he already got it and proved it) and help the team for at least more than 20 mn in the game ?...

Terry is fine but not the best choice for our NT... If Khazzouh is playing I would be against naturalizing any player and instead like I mentioned before I would prefer to get a top level world known coach and spend money on the best training camps possible for our NT.

thx khalid80 , among the 23 names ( julian is included ) and we all know that terry is not a pure 5 and he's 2m3 , so if ghassan chose him, that's mean for sure he'll take julian . but there is sth that i don't understand, did julian confirm his presence with the NT if they 'll call him ?

Need to naturalized for a bench player (Yes Lebanon has shallow bench esp in front court) you need a guy who is a 4 who can be an emergency 5 and maybe slide to 3 if ever..Majority of your "young" big men can be equivalent to our Jay R Reyes

And yes hire a FOREIGNER coach

dude, the guy already committed suicide 3 times before... and made extremely huge mistakes and stupid and bad decisions during those 2 failed years of his job with the NT just for the sake of his personal satisfaction and i dono what else was there under the table such as deals extra income... WHATEVER !!! and any stupid JUNIOR manager / analyst / controller / observer would never recommend him as coach for any LEAGUE even ... and definately not for any NT !!!!....
