Gallinari's knee injury will be revealed today. Denver's playoff hope is in peril.

"MRI shows Danilo Gallinari tore his left ACL last night, Nuggets announce."

Thanks. This is disappointing for me. Gallinari is having a career season and his confidence is at an all time high. This is a crippling blow to the Nuggets.

Nuggets part ways with head coach George Karl, who has one final year on his contract. Management did not offer a multi-year extension.

Former Indiana Pacers assistant coach Brian Shaw was named the head coach of the Denver Nuggets. Shaw will replace George Karl.

The Denver Nuggets have signed forward JJ Hickson to a three year deal worth $15 Million.

It is reported that the Nuggets are interested in veteran shooter, Mike Miller.

Bigman depth chart:

Mcgee / Hickson / Mozgov
Faried / Arthur

The Nuggers have a nice set of rebounding rotations. Key acquisition was Hickson out of Portland last year where the latter had 40 double doubles. Faried ofcourse will get his rebounds.

I project that this will be the Nuggets starting five for the next season:

C - McGee
F - Faried
F - Chandler
G - Fournier
G - Lawson

Once Gallinari comes back, he will make his way back for the starters. Can't see Randy Foye starting at two guard.

Head coach Brian Shaw coined a new term on how the Nuggets will play next season. "Smashmouth Basketball" was the word and Shaw said that:

“Smashmouth means that you are literally going to get your mouth smashed if you’re going against us for a rebound or a loose ball. We want to have a nasty disposition, both offensively and defensively.”

To add more woes to the Nuggets' dismal start, Javale McGee has a stress fracture and is out indefinitely.

It is reported that the Nuggets wants to bolster their guard rotation by negotiating with the New York Knicks for Iman Shumpert. Kenneth Faried is said to be on the trading block as an offer.

hi guy, i root for gallinari, do you know when he is going to come back on the court?

i hoped him could go all star game this year, but that's impossible today, is not it?

Still no timetable for Gallinari's return my friend.

Good win for the Nuggets last night. Bench play in the second half as well as key baskets by starters allowed them to survive the hot shooting of Kevin Martin and the double doubles of Kevin Love and Pekovic. Nate Robinson, Andre Miller and Jordan Hamilton stepped up.

Monster game by Timofey Mozgov tonight: 17 points, 20 rebounds. He really responded to Brian Shaw's smash-mouth brand of basketball that included physicality inside. Brooklyn folded.
