PBA season 2010-2011 (Commissioner's Cup)

It would be better if Gilas lose coz I do believe that they need to prepare for the Champions Cup...
 
Gilas is facing, (probably) a modified version of Coach Ron Jacob's basketball style that he used during the NCC. if im not mistaken Jeff Still and Dennis Moore are not that tall but theyve managed to hold their own on taller teams. With Nate playing the role of Samboy as well.
 
how can you have a 6'10 and a 6'9 on the court and still being out rebounded by team with a 6'4 center, and three 6'1 guards...

How is that better? Then the critics/haters come, and say that Gilas choked big time (after all they were the best team in the elims). They need to make a series out of this one else whatever they worked hard to gain during the elims will be lost as doubts will come in on how they play when it matters the most.

Update: 12 point lead for Ginebra.

yes. with the current line-up, i still see them being dominated on the boards by our asian rivals.

let the haters say whatever they want bsta ako,i'll reserve my comments on the important tournament. PBA is just a live fire exercise, I want them to win but my concern is they need to prepare the Champions cup which is a much better live fire exercise...We can see nman that the boys is giving their best in this series(well I haven't watch game 1)
 
this PBA experience has been pretty good for Chris Lutz, he showed some good composure on the court, which is a must since he is one of the best shooters on the team.
 
That is the reason why Gilas has no much followers.....if they keep playing and losing...how to attract supporters?

the reason is you want instant result and favorable result..remember Gin Kings is not just an ordinary PBA team even if they are undersize they are playing with PRIDE ... :P

champion's cup will be late may.

they're facing an undersized ballclub with 1 undersized import in a playoff game.

i think that's a good preparation.

not the best. but good enough. and cheap.
 
douthit is showing his wares, he's working hard.

tiu, casio, lutz, and barroca are chipping in.

aguilar has his share.

the rest is mia.
 
but they battling the best quality of Philippine basketball but the only downside it is undersized:D

it will be TnT vs BGK... lets see if kelly can control nate... ginebra is just abusing the gilas players inside the paint...

it will be over soon... smart gilas doesnt have a Derrick Rose that can climb a 10pt lead...

they should be training now for fiba championship cup, they should not break the heart of filipino fans like just what they did in this series...
