True, Fajardo is personal property of Don Ramon. Seems like he cannot even breathe, let alone f@rt without the latter's permission...:(

Fajardo will rot playing in the provinces. If Don Ramon brings fajardo to the US and let him train there then maybe he can play there too but he may face a lot of competition there since most of the guys who plays basketball his size in the US is a lot faster, agile and stronger than him. So sad that this happens, Don Ramon will not bow down to SBP since SBP fired him. He sees Fajardo as a tool to exact revenge on SBP.

wala ng pag-asa kay fajardo, hanggang Cebu na lang yan.

Trans:

What a waste, he'll surely rot in Cebu

whats the fuzz on junmar?
magaling ba toh?

trans: is he worth it?

Infairness may laro naman yung tao.
He's got good short range jumper which is a plus for bigmen.
He's aggresive and got some good post move and seals the defender well(although theyre short).

He's got the height that we badly need. Just some polishing on his game and athleticism may laban tayo.
Slaughter(w/c is under coach black)
and fajardo and ramos. we got great frontline plus our stacked as hell backcourt.
Awesomeness.

Fajardo is one vital player in the future.. What we can hope for him is in the future, not now.. Unless if he still has those around him to stop him in his progress..

lets wait and see what happens next.

But im sure the next batch will be better than gilas.

I prefer junmar fajardo over greg slaughter. Fajardo has the potential, he's a good project for our national team international campaign, while slaughter is definitely better than ej feihl, he's a costly investment for philippine basketball. Team philippines cannot rely on the shoulder of 23 yo. 6'11 fil-am, he simply doesnt have the strength and skills to face the big men of china and middle east countries. I dont even think slaughter will be a decent back-up for marcus douthit either.

i quite agree with this statement. i feel too that Slaughter is nearer to an EJ Feihl as compared to Fajardo who i feel has Marlou Aquino potential. Hopefully, they improve by leaps and bounds and outdo Feihl/Aquino in their respective careers.

This Ateneo stint won't even tell us a lot about Slaughter. With the quality of opposition at the UAAP the least we can expect is at least he dominate some of the teams? A consistent double-double perhaps?

y dont MVP buy this guy?

pera-pera lang yan!

trans: MVP can move mountains!

sad but true.
But i'll let slaughter prove us wrong. Maybe coach black can do something about it. Let him play minsan lang tayo magka 6'11 center. Lets take advantage of it while its here.
