China qualifies no matter what. Even if they lose, they are ahead in the triple tie(China is +2, Ivory Coast is -1, Puerto Rico is -1).
Why didn't the Ivorians foul in PR's last possession???

The tie-break in this case is the ratio between tied teams, so:
China 159/157=1,01274
Porto Rico 163/164=0,99390
Côte d'Ivoire 161/162=0,99383
If Côte d'Ivoire had won 88-76, its score would be 161/159=1,01258, finishing 5th.
This kind of tie-break is unfair, because CIV and China would have both +2 and CIV more 2 points scored, anyway China would be 4th...
