both of them against philippines...

we don't know if both teams will used full roster, or a backup. but the tune-up games will be against philippines, since both r preparing for the same tournament, and a tuneup game is good for both teams.

today the NT will be divided into 2 teams, V1 and V2 ... playing a full game against each other.

tomorrow or sunday the NT will play a tune-up game with the Phils.

Guys we ll beat Jordan, but we might have bad time in the start of the game. It would be the first game for the team with full squad, so expect anything, and don't take it as granted!!

not important ...
first 6 games in Asia championship will be additional training for us for the chemistry buildup.

we will win 4/6, 5/6 or 6/6 .... this is assured.

huh ? i didn't undrestand what do you mean " full squad " ? Daniel faris is the only one new in the team after jones cup ..
we lost by 10 points without Vroman , Freiji , Daniel faris
we will beat them easly inchalla

I think Lebanon can run over their opponents (except Jordan) in Group D. The key match-up is with Jordan, while the real test is the next round where Lebanon needs to win the games against Kazakhstan and Qatar--I'm not sure about the Chinese.

In my perspective, I don't see any problems with Qatar (since you've beaten them with big margins in 2007 and 2009).

Kazakhstan may provide more challenge with the expected return of Anton Ponomarev in the Asian Championships.

..

..

Hey guys, I havent posted here in almost 2 years. But what I can say is I am really pumped up for this year's Asian championship. This roster is way more talented than Lebanon of 2007, 2006 or 2005. I can only see China and Iran standing in our way. Neither Jordan nor Kazakhstan can really match us. Sucess is only what can follow by the end of this tourney.

GO LEBANON!!!!!

Welcome Ryan, long time no see :D

Thanks! :D I have actually been reading these forums alot (sometimes daily)the past few months, following up on your daily news, which have mostly been great news, regarding player additions. I am in Lebanon right now for vacation, it is too bad the games are too early and are during work hours for most Lebanese here on these forums, otherwise a Sportsbar somewhere in Beirut, whether it be achrafiyye, hamra or downtown, would sound great for everyone to meet up and root for our national team towards glory in this tournament.

I think Key players are better this year and we have more as you listed but we have to wait and see if Fadi and Ali Mahmoud can perform as always hopefully they will cz that would be so important to us
