Jackpot!!!!.... Agreed to that bro.... we have Filipino communities around the world... look at all our Presidents... none of them are pure Filipinos...

Ultra-nationalism is another form of racism.. in the academic circles around the world, some experts labelled former Malasyian PM Mahathir Mohammad as racist for being ultra-nationalist...

But being too liberal about our citizenship is not good either.. we ended with people such as Graham Lim (kill-on-sight)....

So the best way is to be moderately strict but I doubt that will work in a very corrupt society were people can get through because of the "money under the table" system, patronage system, etc..
