European Upcoming Free Agents

The Rockets won't pay Eliyahu close to what TAU is said to be offering him.
You're probably right, but I think there is a chance of him going to Houston. Remember, all these NBA teams are going to do their best to find free agents in the $2 million per year range, so it's possible. Plenty of European players will jump ship and go to the NBA. Now, Eliyahu is a pretty big player, so the biggest European teams will put up a lot of money.

No. I'm trying to say that Bouroussis will play in Europe ONLY for Oly. He's a free agent only for NBA teams, not for other European.
Oh, I see. Gotta' love those NBA opt-out clauses.

The only way I could see Houston offering him that was if they traded one of their power forwards. As it is now they have absolutely no place for him.

He has signed last summer 2+1 contract with Zalgiris

But if Žalgiris's financial situation doesn't improve dramatically, he definitely won't stay. He has a right to go any time he wants, because the salary is not being paid.

Mirsad Turkcan's contract is going to expire this summer and he hasn't signed with Fenerbahce yet.

Alan Anderson's contract is expiring, Cibona would like to keep him but i'm afraid that it won't be possible considering that half of top euro clubs are after him. So far only Maccabi offer is public.

Partizan will look to sell at least two players from TNT trio (Tepic, N.Velickovic, Tripkovic).:( Most likely only Tepic will be in Belgrade next season.
Velickovic is sure to go, and Partizan already found replacements (Fesenko, Milojevic).
Also Lasme is speculated to be on a move...

There are more and more rumours in Greece that Tepic has already signed with Panathinaikos. Dragan Sakota also implied this last week when asked. There was even an interview from Tepic where he said how much he admires PAO.
