the job of a coach is to increase the chemistry in the team,encourage team work and to improve the personal abilities of each player,added to using each player in his proper position.
to begin with sagesse,i think he had no effect on the team,the team's main problem was lack of chemistry between the team stars,which he never had a solution for it.if you watch sagesse's games against riyadi in the final 4,you'll know what am talking about,the was out of control,no system,no plan with lack of fighting spirit.
as regards the NT,losing the arab NT championship is a big exclamation mark cause he had all the cards but never made proper use of them.
second,when we faced new zealand,we had the wrong plan,he changed the successful plan we used against canada in less than 24 hours before the game,added to improper distribution of the players.till now i can't understand how can matt freije play on position 5.
baldwin made an aggressive attack on fadi el-khatib for no reason,which is totally unprofessional.
last but not least,i'm not saying he's totally bad,i'm just saying he didn't fit our system,maybe he'll do great with your team.i wish you best of luck with your new NT coach.

No Solo trust me this Baldwin is Really a bad and a Bad coach and all our players hate him and specially Fadi who had a fight with him ,We won Stankovic form Our Players and Not Baldwin even we were playing with no System then Go to turkey loose by big and big margins !! except the Canadian Games wich Our players were in their Days and Were Heros

solo do you know the reason of firing palma cause i think he did well with your team and all the achievements reached by the jordanian basketball are because of him.
i really wish him to coach our NT,but it's too late.
by the way,our federation is not considereing to hire any of our lebanese coaches,on contrast they're considering toni vujanic x-anibal coach (the new coach of sagesse).other options are a german coach whom i believe to be peter shaumers x-hoops coach or an american coach maybe paul caughter who coached the lebanese team in the world cup 2006 (the current coach of al-mouttahed tripoli).
i prefer either the first or the second,although the middle one is the first coach to apply the full court press in a very successful way in lebanon.

Will Baldwin be given the same support by the Jordanian federation like what was provided to Palma? Will Jordan naturalize any new player since Rasheem is no longer with the NT? Does the Jordanian NT have a good budget that will be allocated for their preparation for the Asian Championship this year?
I think the answer to these questions will greatly determine whether Baldwin will be able to be successful with the Jordanian NT or not...

Same Support : I don't think so , cause this Federation don'T have the Same Budget as Tarek Zu'bi's Budget .... But the good circumstances would be provided for him in order to Succeed ....
Rasheim is In but his Problem with Zain Club as Zain Owe him 40000$ , So FIBA stopped Rasheim until he resolves the issue with Zain Club .... The federation is trying to solve and hope we can see him with the NT this Summer cause as we noticed we lack the Scorer ... who can Stand up in the critical Moments .....
We have till Now in our Plan : 4 Camps .... 2 of them in Europe and one in USA adding to them King Abdallah Cup in July , WABA in June , Some Friendly Tornaments in Europe (Still not Clear) , may be Jones cup (i doubt and if so then our B Team gonna participate) , we will have B Team ....
on paper everything seems great but waiting these words turning into Deeds
Good Luck for Lebanon also in getting a decent Coach ...

As for The Coaching Staff ,we are not talking about Baldwin in thi way because he quit noo, he was really a bad choice for us ,can t manage big Teams and if u look not also in Lebanon he wasn t succesful ,some years ago ,he coached a lot of teams in Europe but unfortunatly he didn t resist more than month in every team he coached ,in my opinion the Best option for Jordan is Paul Caghuter he s just great ,But Tab in my opinion isn t that succesful coach ,in Lebanon he failed in every mission

-Had Fights with many and many Lebanese Players and Fadi decide to not Play with the NT in the presence of Baldwin )

We have till Now in our Plan : 4 Camps .... 2 of them in Europe and one in USA adding to them King Abdallah Cup in July , WABA in June , Some Friendly Tornaments in Europe (Still not Clear) , may be Jones cup (i doubt and if so then our B Team gonna participate) , we will have B Team ....
