The aim of the predictions game is to predict the games' final score every round as close as possible ;)

For example: you want to predict that Unicaja Malaga - Le Mans game will end with 76 - 80 win for Le Mans, so to make a correct prediction, you have to put -4 into "Score Difference" field. Please pay attention that negative "Score Difference" implies that home team has lost the game.

If you have no clue of what would be the outcome, place a "0" into "Score Difference", you won't get the points for it, but at least you won't lose any points. Please note that in this case your vote won't be counted for odds of the game.

A few notes about the odds: they are based on submitted predictions for this game, e.g. for the Unicaja Malaga - Le Mans game 5 predicted Unicaja win, 3 predicted Le Mans win, so the odds for this game would be (5+3)/5=1.6 for Unicaja and (5+3)/3=2.7 for Le Mans. To avoid dealing with infinite odds (the case when nobody predicted certain team's win) one prediction for each game outcome is added initially by the system.

Please pay attention that the odds are changed dynamically: every time a new prediction is submitted or updated, the odds are modified according to that change.

The score for each player would be based on these rules:

1. your guess of the winning team is correct = points equal to the winning team's odds
2. you guessed the exact points difference of the final score (and still your team has won) you get 3 extra points
3. incorrect points difference by 1 pts (your team has won) = 2 extra poits
4. incorrect points difference by 2 pts (your team has won) = 1 extra points
5. incorrect points difference by 3 pts (your team has won) = 0.5 extra points
6. your guess is wrong, the team you've picked has lost the game = minus 1 pts.
