Ibn Notes: With his strong body, hustle and long arms, Badiane is a fantastic rebounder and shot-blocker. Even though Malick played only a little over half a game (23.4 mins) he is still amongst the leading rebounders in the Germany's second division. Praised for his work ethic and internal want to succeed, the Houston Rockets hope that Malick will continue his improvement and fill the role of weak side defender for Yao Ming and giving Tracy McGrady second chance opportunities. Who knows? Maybe he'll develop into something more as his favorite basketball player did, Kevin Garnett. Ibn Facts: Malick Badiane has 18 brothers and sisters. Has an amazing wingspan of 2,22m.
