Member Comments: Alvertis is known as one of the best perimeter shooters in Europe, having a very hard to defend shooting style. In his previous 15 A1 years, Alvertis averaged a three-point percentage of 42.9%, on a good day he can destroy a team on his own with his outside shooting... He is also known of being a real leader, on and off the court, he never hesitates to take clutch shots, and with this approach, has won many games for the Greens. Alvertis also sets an example for the other players through his presence and his dedication to the team. Besides being the Greens team captain, Alvertis is also the President of the Greek Basketball Players Association. (Triffili)
