The photo project, SHOOTING HOOPS wants to photograph every basketball court in all the five boroughs of New York City.
This photography quest wants to capture images of every basketball court in New York City and have them displayed at Madison Square Garden for the upcoming NBA season.
The projects creator is Thai Neave, a former international ESPN SportsCenter anchor who’s passion is now behind the camera shooting everything from fashion to abandoned hoops in far flung places.
Already the support for SHOOTING HOOPS has been phenomenal, but the more people who see and share his project, the more likely it is that Madison Square Garden find a way to display it. In the coming weeks he hopes to meet with not only MSG, but Adidas, Nike, Pentax, JP Morgan, and get a non-profit organization on board.
