Video: Ginóbili blocks Kevin Durant, Spurs top Thunder
We’ve seen Manu Ginóbili do some amazing things, but rarely is there a player that is will to take the risks he does, and be so successful. With the Thunder down one, and the NBA’s leading scorer going in for a dunk, Ginóbili took a chance.
“I was more expecting to be dunked on, to tell you the truth,” Ginobili said. “He’s really long, very athletic. So I went up to see what would happen. Of course I wasn’t going to let him score an easy two.”
As Durant was about to finish a two-handed dunk, Ginobili popped up and block the attempt. Check out the video below:
“All clean, I can’t take credit away from him,” Durant said. “He made a great block. When I was at the rim, he just met me there, his hand was inside the rim and he got it.
The Spurs would not only win the game 95-87, but would also end Durant’s streak of scoring more than 25 points in 29 consecutive games. Ginóbili finished with 26 points to lead the Spurs. Durant would end up with 21 points and 12 rebounds.

Interesting post. I am of same opinion with what the poster said.
