Rubio’s definitely is on the short list of great Euroleague floor leaders.

The 6-3 guard does more than just his averages of 6.4 points, 5.6 assists, 3.2 rebounds, and 1.5 steals – his basketball IQ and feel for the game cannot be quantified.
