Video: Lebron James’ behind-the-backboard shot

In the game against the Washington Wizards last night, the game in which Gilbert Arenas began his suspension, LeBron James hit an amazing shot in the second half with the Cavs up by 19 points.

James found himself in the post, without his dribble, double-teamed, and with the shot clock at 3 seconds remaining.

The King then gathered himself, turned away from the double-team and shot a rainbow jumpshot from behind the backboard. The shot went up high and splashed down through the net. Check out the video below:

Whose is better: Kobe’s or LeBron’s?

James, wearing a throwback maroon Cavs jersey, ended the game with 23 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds in the Cavs’ 121-98 win over the Wizards.

Of course, we think this is a better behind-the-backboard shot than Kobe Bryant’s shot over a month ago.
