Kelenna Azubuike out for season with knee injury
Kelenna Azubuike is out for the season after suffering a knee injury when the Golden State Warriors took on the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday.
Azubuike drove to the basket in the Warriors 129-125 loss to the Bucks, lost his footing and went down to the ground when he landed incorrectly. This was the same game in which rookie Brandon Jennings scored 55 points.
The 6-5, 26 year old Azubuike, from London and schooled in Kentucky, was averaging 13.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, and was shooting a career-high 54.6% from the field this season.
The Warriors are in disarray right now with only six players participating in practice Monday night. “Right now, we’re kind of in chaos mode, but that can draw a team together.” rookie Stephen Curry said.
In addition to the Azubuike injury, the Warriors just traded away their disgruntled captain Stephen Jackson (and Acie Law), C.J. Watson has the Swine Flu, while three other Warriors are out with injuries Andris Biedrins (back/groin), Speedy Claxton (multiple), and Brandan Wright (shoulder) are out indefinitely.

Howdy just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your post seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer. I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I thought I’d post to let you know. The design and style look great though! Hey there, I think your site might be having browser compatibility issues. When I look at your blog in Firefox, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Explorer, it has some overlapping. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up! Other then that, great blog!
