Richard Jefferson traded to Spurs for Oberto, Bowen

A rumor flying around has that the Milwukee Bucks have traded NBA All-Star Richard Jefferson to the San Antonio Spurs for Argentine center Fabricio Oberto, the defensive-minded Bruce Bowen, and backup center Kurt Thomas.

The move could add much needed firepower to couple with the constantly-blossoming Tony Parker.

He played in only 44 games.

Update: After being traded from the Spurs to Milwaukee, Fabricio Oberto was then immediately sent to the Detroit Pistons for Amir Johnson.  Phew…
