The 6-11 Aussie’s dominating performance, along with Dusan Kecman’s game-winning jumper with just under 3 seconds remaining, led Partizan Belgrade over Efes Pilsen 93-92 in one of the best games of the Euroleague season.

The 25-year old center converted 13 of 16 field goal attempts, 8 of 14 free throws and grabbed 8 offensive rebounds in 31 minutes of play.

Maric’s performance index of 49 ties him with Darjus Lavrinovič’s performance in week 2, for the highest performance index of the 2009-10 Euroleague season.

Partizan improved to 4-3 and is nowtied for third place with Lietuvos Rytas, while Efes dropped to 3-4 with just three regular season games remaining (see the full game report). Maric’s and Lavrinovič’s performance index rating of 49 ranks as the sixth-best total of the decade.
