      • Indian-American, Amarveer Singh, re-classifies to 2015 and has committed to Seton Hall.

Stay up to date with all the college basketball recruiting news and more at 247Sports.com

Amarveer Singh made a pair of decisions on Monday.

Singh, a 6-foot-6 wing out of New York (N.Y.) Thurgood Marshall, committed to Kevin Willard and Seton Hall, a source confirmed to Scout. Adam Zagoria, of Zagsblog, was the first to report the news.
The same source told Scout that Singh plans to reclassify from 2016 to the 2015 class.
Singh had quite a few college options, including interest from Villanova, Rutgers, Louisville, Creighton, California and Cincinnati.
A three-star prospect, Singh has upside and potential as a wing scorer. He's a talented shooter with good size for a wing prospect. He has deep range on his shot, good shot preparation and is also a solid athlete.
Seton Hall assistant Shaheen Holloway was the point man on the Singh recruitment.

        • Jeff Wu's (aka Wu Yongsheng) Modesto will meet Bishop O'Dowd lead by 5 star recruit Ivan Rabb in the NorCal open division championships. Prior to this, Modesto Crusaders scored upsets along the way. Looks like Anthony Townes and Robinson Idehen will have their hands full with just Rabb inside. O'Dowd has a crazy deep roster of talents.

Thanks for posting this! I've been following his boxscores all year, looks like a solid player.

Have you gotten to see him play live yet?

Saw the livestream last year during the state playoff where Jeff Wu met the team of Harry Giles. Wu has incredible handles and the way he creates space during square up dribble is his main strength for a scoring guard. Chinese Taipei wants him to play with the Universiade team this year for the world university games.
