My previews disappeared from the single game threads, despite the absence of rules' violation...

He wasn't a great champion, but a good player and a serious person: Igor Miglineks. Everyone remembers his lobs for tall players at the EB2001, a Eurobasket that has not so many great memories in archive: the free-throws friendship between Papaloukas and Nowitzki ("be quite, man, I'm going to miss it so you'll win", "no, now I'm going 0/2 so you'll advance to the quarters", etc.), Scepanovic MVP of the final, the regular walk of Turkey till the silver medal... unfortunately, Igor the Great was already 50 years old at that time and now he's just a coach, in Cyprus.
In EB2001 played his brother Raimonds Miglinieks, Igors is other person :P

Let’s try with this. I’m sure I’m going to do better than big Lebowski.
(Yes that’s arrogant and politically incorrect too)

I’m going to talk about the Spanish defeat against Croatia. Well that’s only was business, the Feb and Fiba needed to make more money and letting Portugal pass to 2nd round making that a lot of Portuguese’s fanatics flooded Madrid and that means cash.
Latvians would be much less and theirs country are too far and, all ways, the three Latvians blondes of those games were not so pretty.
But, how to lose against Croatians?, if the Spanish Federation (Feb) had asked it to the players that would be embarrassing (like it was the U18 game between Serbia and Lithuania), so the Feb said to the referees that they have to referee against Spain. Doing this, the honesty of the Spanish players was intact, and others countries would stop saying that the referees always favours Spain (although if they do it in the following rounds), and the Croatians would calm of that 2005 EuroBasket.

(I had to clear a lot of these faces out of the text, were so many and the post seemed a bag of m&m, feel free to place them in it wherever you want)

What are you saying? , that I am resented by that defeat? , Nooooo.

Actually, I'm afraid your conclusions are wrong, achinet.

                Journalist: What revenge??
                – I'm talking about Serbia - Latvia, it was a fix.
                – Latvia??
                – Yeah, Latvia.
                – It was Lithuania.
                – It's not the same??
                – No, Mr. Gasol...
                – Well, so good-bye, mugs from Latvia!

I just found what the two finalists of the previous EC have in common:
Germany has fans who shout only "DE-FENSE, DE-FENSE".
Greece(as a winner) goes one step further. They play only defense!
