Arirang TV is set to release a Documentary Film about Lee Seung-joon and Lee Dong-joon, formerly known as Eric and Daniel Sandrin. The film will be about their transition from the suburban life in the US to the life on Seoul, South Korea. The documentary will also show basketball footage on their games from High-School to the KBL.

    Flying ☆ Rabbits
    Movie, Japan 2008
Starring Satomi Ishihara, Yoko Maki, Miho Shiraishi, Arina Watanabe

looks like a ridiculous movie... LLLabbits! But JAL Rabbits was a real women's basketball team in Japan's WJBL (the team disbanded in 2010). Like all semi-pro leagues the players had to work for the company, in this case the airline. But I highly doubt they were flight attendants in real life

Thanks for all the info. Sino!

If you happen to know any more details regarding the documentary regarding the Shanghai Sharks (dates and times if possible), I would appreciate if you could inform me as I would want to watch it since I have CCTV9...

I tried searching on the Documentary link from the CCTV9 website schedule but nothing is mentioned as of yet

    Hey Khalid,

it's about the 2009-10 season (Bob Donewald, Garret Siler, Zaid Abbas, Liu Wei, John Lucas), the trailer is out. There's a lot of English so you should be able to understand some parts:

A really nice trailer I must say.

As the trailer says it will be shown on CCTV9 starting Apr.26 at 22:00 Beijing Time (prime time TV).

    The long-awaited trailer for the Carmelo Anthony/Dwight Howard/Scottie Pippen/Yi Jianlian/Wang Zhizhi/Eric Mabius/Huang Xiaoming/Kim Ah-joong/Huang Yi/Stephen Fung/"Blackie" Chen/Amber Kuo movie:

I have no clue what the hell this movie is about.

Default Yet another (probably lame) Chinese basketball movie

    Catch Up (2013)
Main cast: Yao Yu, Yi Yangqianxi
    Guest star: Von Wafer
(Wafer is currently playing in China, he was indeed injured for some short period of time... and he found time to shoot a movie? Maybe it's just a cameo appearance.)

According to the plot summary, "Wang Qiang, a basketball player who idolizes Von Wafer (who does that???), suffers a serious injury and gets depressed. By chance he comes to a poor village and meets two orphaned children. Energized again, he helps build a basketball court and gets a youth team running. At the same time, Von Wafer comes to China for a charity game..."

More like Von Wafer who gets rejected by NBA comes to China to make some bucks. It's probably more believable if you change the name to Michael Bryant or something like that.

If only our previous Von Wafer obsessed fan who used to post here in IBN fan came and read about this it would have definitely made his day .
