So Blatche is arriving for practice 1st week of May, SEABA is from March 12 - 18, that's a lot of money ( $ in six figures) plus 1st class airfares for a 5 man entarouge for a 2 week stint if you ask me

Not privy to whose going to make the final 12, so here is just my guess, I'm assuming Blatche will be added as 13th player.

    1. Junmar
    2. Japeth
    3 Almazan (
    4. Rosario
    5 Abueva
    6 Maliksi
    7 Romeo
    8 Castro
    9 Wright
    10 Ed
    11 Jio
    12 Pogoy

Romeo's conditioning is a concern, so Ed and Pogoy are good reserves for insurance. My guess is they name Romeo, tutal Ed and Pogoy being cadets and in the MVP group are easy call ups in case

Sounds about right to me. Belo at SF is still a missing link though imo, it would have been the best.

Anyone think Dondon should return for a last tour of duty? He's clutch and plays hard nosed defense unlike our other shooters.

It's quite predictable , the PBA "vets" who will probably miss out are
Rookie Jonathan Grey (Meralco).Bradwyn Guinto (NLEX)
    Norbert Torres (Phoenix)

Gunito and Norbert have a chance in case one of the bigs is unhealthy

They won't, because there's no game tomorrow. The game is tonight.

    Edit:

Chot will be naming the 15-man lineup on Friday. After the All-Star week, the 15 players should be fully released from their mother teams, right?

If you count the sparse practices + All-Star week + May 1-11, the team definitely has ample time to prepare, at least for a tournament like SEABA.

Interesting how this will pan out in the SEA Games and FIBA Asia Cup.
