Brazil with shitty team, with a thoughts on Rio, no Neymar, no Thiago Silva again and with Dunga - hope for fail, maybe then Dunga will be sacked for good

After that huge choke at World Cup,in their homecourt in front of their fans,I guess they have much more willing to win the gold in the Olympics as it's held again in Brazil so another failure would be at least embarrassing.Especially when you consider the fact that football teams "boycott" Olympics and bringsome bad and unknown players to take part.IMO they would better chase COPA AMERICA but it seems they are not high.

Indeed, Olympics is a chance to win smth at home soil, to wash away a bit of that shame from 2014. So f.e. when Barca allowed Neymar to play in only one tournament this summer, Brazil chose to call him up for Olympics. Of course Olympics with u23 squads + only 3 older players are not even close prestige wise to World Cup, but Brazil needs some success like a fresh air. Still, the problems in Brazilian football is way deeper than that, all the federation is corrupt, best local coaches refuses to coach NT, so they have to go with clown Dunga, who is stubborn and childish with his decisions off and on the pitch. Reading how some Brazilians even wishes NT not to make it to WC2018, maybe then federation bosses will resign, sums up how bad situation is there. Also current generation is really weak to hide all the inner problems of Brazilian football. It really makes me sad as a longterm fan of Selecao.

Goin' back to topic. I really didn't expect most of the NTs to take this tournament so serious, since it's more of tournament held to celebrate 100th anniversary of Copa America. But it's great to see majority of them bringing their top players, should be really fun to watch with Argentina obviously bein' a top notch favorite
