Seriously though, this isn't like naturalizing a random player, he is a kid who spent his developmental years in Canada. It is his decision if he wants to represent Sudan, Canada or Australia. Sudan means no international bball probably, Australia is where he spent his childhood so I'd understand that, and Canada is where he turned into the player he is.
I say the Raptors draft him with their late 1st and then he can just live in Canada and we'll all feel better about it. A year in the 905 could be very beneficial for him!
