The closest perhaps would be the 1979-1981 team of the FEU Tamaraws led by medtech student Anthony Williams - perhaps the last greatest dominant team in the UAAP before this year's Archers.
Did Dennis Espino played with Cantojos, Ballesteros, Edmund Reyes, and Evangelista during the 1993-94 UAAP Season? UST became the first UAAP team to swept the elimination rounds, and Automatically became UAAP Champion.

        • DLSU actually swept the eliminations in 1992, but 3 games were forfeited by the Board after ruling Noli Locsin ineligible.

To becomes Asia's Best, we need to compete against the World's Best..

Binky Favis was already gone when the Glowing Goldies won in 1993. Rommel David was there. Ed Daquioag is almost a carbon copy of former Red Cub Rudolph Belmonte. Same size and athleticism. Starting five were Tanquincen (PG), Patrick Fran (SG), Belmonte (SF), Evangelista (PF) and Espino (C).
