    It just doesn't stop!

The next injuries for Bayern Munich.

Bo McClaebb has a torn ligament in his thump and will be out for several weeks! Bryce Taylor had to cancel today's BBL Allstar Game due to an (unknown) injury, hopefully just as a precaution. Nihad Djedovic missed the last 2 games due to an ankle injury. Also injured right now are Robin Benzing (ankle) and Vasilije Micic (ellbow)

    The list ist long!

    - McCalebb
    - Djedovic
    - Taylor
    - Benzing
    - Micic

This season is a f..... mess!

Djedovic left the game with a possibly serious arm injury, was escorted to the locker by the doctors holding his arm.

On replay, it looks like he overextended his elbow.

ALBA BERLIN won the German Cup Quarterfinal against Bayern München 74:69 (31:38) and avanced to FinalFour

München controlled most time of the game without getting a big lead, inthe last quarter ALBA intensified the defense, Bayern was without any points from field for 7 Minutes in that period, which ALBA won 26:15.
ALBAs best McLean (19 pts. 8 reb), Renfroe (15 pts, 5 reb, 6 ass)
Bayerns best savanovic (15 pts, 4 reb), Stimac (12 pts, 9 reb)

This team is a joke. Bayern must create a new team next year. Otherwise they only can be an "average team"

First Game of the semifinals in BBL: ALBA Berlin vs. Bayern München 81:55. ALBA better in every point, Key play was putting Giffey against Micic, so he couldn't take advantage of his hight, ALBA with it's EL-defense, and offensively very versatile. Reggie Redding Man of the match with 14 Pts, 6 Reb and 5 Ass., Banic 14 Pts and Giffey 11. For Bayern, Djedovic the only player with format and 13 pts, Stimac had 11, while John Bryant had only 2.
But it's only 1:0, a victory for Obradovic. We'll see, what Pesic is able to do for game two on Thursday.

Great third game between ALBA and Bayern today in Berlin. ALBA wins 101:88 behind 20 Pts, 7 Reb and 6 Ass from Reggie Redding and 14/ 6/ 6 from Alex Renfroe. For Munich Djedovic made 17 pts, Micic 15 and Taylor 14. It was an intense and long time open match until ALBA got the momentum in the last quarter. Savanovic with a stupid Double-T. The key factor were Rebounds (37:32) but much more the assists: 26:12 in favor of the team-oriented team from Berlin.
On Tuesday is in Munich the next game of a thrilling series. ALBA leads 2:1 and needs one more victory to advance to the finals against Bamberg (who won 3:0 against Ulm)

An epic series goes down to the final stage. Munich won game four 89:83 to force a deciding fifth game in Berlin 02World on Thursday evening. The key factor were this time the big men Bryant and Stimac, who combined for 36 Points and 13 Reb. Very good also Nihad Djedovic with 18 Pts and 7 Reb. Bayern won the rebounds 31:21. ALBA had 11/20 Three pointer and their best in Redding (17 pts), King (14) and Vargas (10), but Munich's 12 Offrebs were too much, especially in the crucial minutes at the end.

It is on the offence board a really good series, from european standpoint I would say the best ever played in the German BBL, but with ALBA I miss the defence, they showed in games against Barcelona, Maccabi or Panathinaikos. Maybe it's a kind of fatigue, that the team can't control the tempo during whole game.

No prediction for game five from me. This series is so narrow, that very small things can decide it.
